Job description

  • To carry out repairs and preventive maintenance works for building facilities, utility and plant machinery equipment.
  • Ensure all the available equipment in good running condition.
  • Capable to do on-site repair & welding work.
  • Knowledge in minor fabrication & in-house modification work.
  • To carry out repairs and preventive maintenance works for facilities utility equipment.
  • Responsible and attend any facility equipment breakdown, resolve the issue soonest possible and report to superior.
  • To upkeep and maintain all facility equipment.
  • To be fully proactive & aware of occupational health and safety standards at workplace, ensure full compliance and also safeguarding oneself, colleagues, and the Company from any detrimental incidents.
  • To attend to any equipment breakdown as soon as possible during operation run.
  • Attend trainings / courses provided by management for to enhance knowledge in related field.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • SPM/SPMV / Certificate in Engineering preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics.
  • Basic technical knowledge of machine maintenance and repairing machine.
  • Knowledge on electrical and electronic will be an advantage.
  • Must have an initiative and willing to learn.
  • Having experience in handling on site machine repair.
  • At least 1 years of working experience in maintenance, preferably in a automotive industry.
  • Experience in firefighting system is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in motor & pump maintenance are an added advantage.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam, Selangor
