ACCOUNT & FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Roles & Responsibilities  Lead account & finance related daily activities  Prepare and provide company’s financial management reports monthly to top management  Recommends yearly budget for top management approval and manage those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations  Managing overall company’s cash flow and investment including monitoring individual projects within stipulated approved budget  Monitor procurement and accounting activities  Establish business relationship with clients, subcontractors and suppliers  Keep close contact with financial institution through closing of an audited report  Keep close contact with statutory bodies through no. of reported cases  Lead, guide and train subordinate  Ensure cleanliness and compliance to ISO Quality & OSHMS procedure  Follow instructions given by BODs or authorized personnel  Undertake any other tasks assigned by BODs SKILL & KNOWLEDGE  Good knowledge in accounting software  Good communication and interpersonal skills  Good skill in writing financial report and proposal  Good skill in planning/scheduling work  Average knowledge of project costing  Able to implement and adhere to company’s ISO QMS procedure  Able to implement and adhere to company’s ISO OSHMS procedure  Able to implement and adhere to company’s 5S activities
