QA SUPERVISOR CUM QA TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibilities: 1. Set goals for each assigned task and ensure their completion with quality. 2. Assist in the preparation and updating of SOPs, QC check sheets, reports, and presentations related to customer and internal quality issues. 3. Support the QA Head of Department (HOD) in planning, creating, and managing the overall Quality Planning Strategy. 4. Manage daily job allocations for manpower and monitor and supervise activities. 5. Guide and enforce the implementation of revised or new Standard Operating Procedures, methods, and judgments. 6. Analyze individual inspector performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. 7. Contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement of inspection processes. 8. Analyze identified product problems and suggest appropriate solutions. 9. Ensure that all documents and valid equipment related to inspections are communicated, provided, and used correctly. 10. Test current products to identify deficiencies and assist in lab test activities. 11. Ensure that the 5S system is practiced and maintained across all inspection areas and lab rooms. 12. Assist in the preparation and inspection of new and revised product samples, including check sheets. 13. Attend related meetings and discussions as required. 14. Set a good example for others by leading by example. 15. Be prepared to undertake additional tasks as needed. Requirements: • Minimum Diploma in a related field. • Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken). • Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise a team. • Knowledge of quality control systems and techniques (e.g., QMS 9001, EMS 14001). • Familiar with lab testing procedures and inspection methods. • Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Ability to work overtime when required.
