Assistant Manager (Production)

Responsible in assisting management to recommend policies, objectives and strategies to assure the safety and effectiveness of the Company's procedures, adhering to international standards at all times and to ensure that the Company's quality standards are not compromised. Participate in assisting management on the Company's Food Safety & HACCP, Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health Policies, objectives and practices. Preparing the company to meeting new regulations and quality standards that the company may choose to implement. Responsible on Palm Oil sustainability management of company complying to Fuji Oil group Palm Oil sustainability policy. Overall in charge of the TP and Planning/ Operation department and lead the teamwork towards company objectives and policies. Responsible on preparing production schedule, monitor and update accordingly based on daily plant performance. Ensure all the product were strictly control before release to customer. Resolve quality issue with other department personnel. Initiate corrective actions when handling with any non-conformance product, process trouble or customer complaint with other related department. Response for mobilize action during emergency of incident & accident related to plant process and operation. Liaise with all HOD and Top Management involving any case or issues arise. Submit monthly report to superior on the performance of TP and Planning/ Operation issues together with supporting documents. Monitor and motivate subordinates' performance and develop or upgrade their skills and knowledge. Ensure all subordinates understanding and adherence on the Company's system, rules and regulation. Monitor the daily job performance via manpower arrangement and attendance records. Control overtime of TP, Warehouse, BIB and Operation staff (including contract workers) when necessary. Control production yield with target to comply with standard yield provided. Control processing cost with target to comply with annual standard cost provided. Monitor TP, Warehouse, BIB and Operation maintenance activities inclusive expenses, spare part inventory and preventive/ corrective maintenance activities of each section by working closely with Maintenance department in order to control the maintenance cost within the budget and minimizing process downtime related to equipment breakdown
