Gkash Sdn Bhd is a licensed e-money issuer and registered merchant acquirer regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) since 2017. Gkash facilitates payments among all the banks, card schemes, and e-wallet players in Malaysia. The company is located in WP Kuala Lumpur.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Executive at Gkash Sdn Bhd located in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Operations Executive will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, ensuring smooth operational processes, analyzing operational performance, and maintaining effective communication between teams.
- Assist the operation manager in screening new merchant application;
- Assist operation manager to follow up with merchants from the start until new merchants are on board;
- End to end application delivery responsibility of merchant application integration projects;
- Prepare the system requirement and specification;
- Ensure supportability and maintainability of payment systems with effective documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of professional experience in an office environment handling operations and known operation skills. (in the event unable to get then go for fresh graduates)
- Good if have the financial or banking industry experience
- Proven good command of written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an aptitude for learning new software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
