We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts/Admin executive to join a mortgage broking and co living company based in singapore.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting and admin tasks, and ensuring compliance with local financial regulations. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles. It also involves data entry work for updating the latest mortgage rates in the CRM and on landing pages.
Key Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of entries.
Maintain the general ledger by posting and verifying journal entries.
Process accounts payable and receivable, including handling invoices and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and trial balances.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
Monitor and manage the payroll process.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Liaise with external auditors, accountants, and other stakeholders as needed.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and files.
