We are looking for an Executive Assistant with strong business acumen and extensive experience in supporting senior-level management. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of working experience, preferably within the FMCG industry or with regional exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management, handling confidential matters with the utmost discretion.
- Offer strategic business advice to the management team, providing insights that assist in decision-making and business planning.
- Liaise with various departments to facilitate internal communications, ensuring effective information flow and project management across the organization.
- Draft, review, and manage key documents, including correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting agendas in both English and Mandarin.
- Conduct research, market analysis, and compile data to provide valuable business insights to the management team.
- Prepare for and attend board meetings, ensuring accurate minute-taking, follow-up on action items, and supporting high-level decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments, providing regular updates and recommendations to the executive team.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle ad hoc personal and business tasks as assigned by management.
- Represent the executive office with professionalism, serving as a liaison between the management team and both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG or with regional exposure.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to provide sound business advice to senior management.
- Experience in providing strategic support, including market analysis, project management, and business research.
- Ability to understand and prioritize business needs and translate them into actionable advice for the management team.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Mandarin (Additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools.
