What is your mission?
- Responsible for hiring agents level positions, managing, planning, and developing recruitment function
- Handle employee hiring process in compliance with business requirement
- Deploy appropriate sourcing methodology to source right candidates for various jobs in a speedy and cost-effective manner to ensure the selection process is effective
- Update record for hiring on dashboard, monitor, and expedite recruitment process to support business needs effectively
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX
- Manage the recruitment process, especially relocation process for expat and administration to other supporting departments / third party.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong Volume Hiring / Digital, IT and Technology recruiting skills
- Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills, candidate presentation and selection methodologies
- Good command in English
- Be proactive, possess "can do" attitude plus good analytical skills, and able to work under pressure in dealing with demands and priorities with positive.
- Possess good human relations, good planning, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
