- Develop mid-term business plans for the Malaysia subsidiary, encompassing market analysis, organizational structure, resource allocation, P&L analysis etc.
- Develop organizational strategies aligned with business plans and structure the organization accordingly.
- Attend and contribute to board meetings and shareholders’ meetings, effective communication with company secretaries, financial management, and creating internal operation rules.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the medical industry.
- Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
