  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Main responsibilities of the General Manager role:
  • Develop mid-term business plans for the Malaysia subsidiary, encompassing market analysis, organizational structure, resource allocation, P&L analysis etc.
  • Develop organizational strategies aligned with business plans and structure the organization accordingly.
  • Attend and contribute to board meetings and shareholders’ meetings, effective communication with company secretaries, financial management, and creating internal operation rules.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.



Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the medical industry.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards.
