About the Role:
We are seeking a Balkans Project Sales Manager to lead the growth and development of Miki Travel's network within the Balkans, focusing on China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong markets. This role demands collaboration with Country Managers to create and execute sales strategies, ensuring our offerings are competitive and of high quality. The successful candidate will drive business development, manage financials, empower teams, and enhance our visibility through marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategize and implement sales and business development initiatives.
· Analyze market trends to maintain competitive pricing and service quality.
· Oversee financial management, including budgeting and revenue forecasting.
· Lead and develop the sales team, providing training and resources.
· Execute marketing strategies to increase visibility and attract new clients.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
· Fluency in English and at least one language relevant to the target markets (Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese); knowledge of a Balkan language is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Skills and Experience:
· Proven experience in sales and business development, particularly in the travel industry and the targeted markets.
· Exceptional leadership, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft Office Suite, along with sales and marketing tools.
