Job Description:
1. To handle customer inquiries.
2. To attend to incoming calls and give necessary assistance when required.
3. To maintain and update customer inquiries in listing.
4. To perform special tasks upon request from management.
5. To coordinate with colleagues at all times to enable smooth operation and instill team spirit to enhance productivity with minimum supervision.
6. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
7. Attend to customer enquiries and complaints and provide appropriate resolution services in a consistent and professional manner.
8. To meet service targets by achieving both service and productivity level by ensuring all inquiries are answered.
9. Liaise with technical team on quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries.
10. Able to reply customer's needs on Saturday and Sunday.
11. Recommend possible solution to meet the customers’ needs.
12. Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary.
13. Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions.
14. Assist in marketing activity like edit video and posting which assign by marketing consultant.
15. Assist in capture video and photo on site.
Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirement
-Proven experience in customer service and social media management
-Proficiency in social media platforms such as XHS, TikTok, and Facebook
-Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
-Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to analyze data to improve strategies
-Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
-A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for social media marketing and customer service
**Working Days and Hours: Monday - Saturday
: 10:30am - 7:00pm
