Role:

  • Customer Service Executive is responsible for smooth operations of the company’s selling and purchasing management processes and ensure that Customers and Vendors are satisfied at all times.
  • Customer Service Executive will manage end to end order management process from receiving the orders to the delivery of the orders to customers.
  • Customer Service Executive will manage customer artwork with our vendors.
  • Additional to that Customer Service Executive are also responsible to give customers information about products and services, updates customers on the status of their orders and also assisting customers with complaints and questions.

Job Description:

  • Handle Customers’ orders, including coordination with planner on shipments and deliveries;
  • Coordinate and follow-up on payment status of customers;
  • Coordination with vendors for QA Inspection of goods before deliveries and to ensure reports are provided after inspection done;
  • Maintain customer and supplier database and ensures timely updates of these information;
  • Provide daily operational support to Business Development Team and Customers regarding shipment status by proactively monitoring them;
  • Ensure internal alignment and common goals/objectives to support internal customers;
  • Handle and manage Customer enquiries on products – including but not limited to specification, price, availability and delivery status;
  • To disseminate accurate information to Customers and to ensure Customers' enquiries and complaints are attended to in accordance to our service standard;
  • Undertake any other job responsibilities which may be assigned by the company from time to time;

Work Experience and Skills:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field;
  • Good command in both written and spoken English;
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Customer Service;
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply;
  • Good problem solving, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Independent, meticulous and service-oriented.
  • An added advantage will be candidates with E-Commerce knowledge.
