Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, compensation and benefits, HR report, leave management, group personal accident insurance, foreign workers management, and all other HR-related matters.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment and manpower planning process including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, conducting references and maintaining candidate records.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees by preparing required documents and forms, conducting orientations and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Prepared HR-related documentation such as memos, employee handbooks, offer letters, employment contracts, warning letters, show cause letters, etc.
- Maintain and update employees' records and ensure the department's filing system is in good order and easily traceable.
- Act as the day-to-day contact point of contact for HR queries for all employees.
- Responsible for HRDC training claimable and looking for a training provider.
- Manage the hotel/building licenses such as BOMBA FC, JKKP, DBKL, and foreign workers permit renewal.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, psychology or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in HR roles.
- Demonstrate good working attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Required language: BM and English.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
*** Working location at Jalan Hang Lekiu (10 minutes walking distance from Masjid Jamek LRT)
