Job Description

We are seeking a Junior HR executive professional with exceptional technical and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong sense of honesty and moral integrity, to join our team. You will have the opportunity to be involved in any part of event related work within the promotion department work scope and be responsible for any campaign’s tasks.

You will play an important role, such as:-

GENERAL
To assists in the daily functions of the HR department, including hiring, onboarding, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and a desire to develop their skills across a broad range of HR functions.
To assist in review/planning, development, implementation, enforcement, monitoring, measure and drive of each targeted HR systems/initiatives/policies & procedures in the group to improve the operational efficiency of the department.
Support the implementation/execution of the group HR strategies and transformation activities in line with the company's vision and mission to promote better staff disciplines, commitment, motivation and performance throughout the group.
To assist in overseeing all matters relating to HR Management, and administration of BODHI MALAYSIA employees to enhance the efficiency of the department.

Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in posting job vacancies and screening resumes.
Support the recruitment process by conducting initial phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Help with onboarding new employees, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and setting up new hire orientation.

Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in maintaining employee files and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.

HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records (personal information, employment details, attendance, etc.) in the HR information system.
Prepare documentation and handle paperwork related to employee movements (promotions, transfers, exits).
Assist in generating HR reports for management, including attendance, leave, and turnover statistics.

Compensation & Benefits:
Support the administration of payroll, ensuring employee information is accurate and up to date.
Assist in the management of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits issues.

Performance Management:
Assist in the coordination of performance review cycles, ensuring all evaluations are completed on time.
Help track employee performance metrics and support the implementation of performance improvement plans.

Compliance & Policy Management:
Ensure HR procedures and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Assist in the communication and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
Support in handling disciplinary actions and investigations when necessary.

Learning & Development:
Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.
Maintain training records and help with the evaluation of training effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR role (full-time).

Skills:
Basic understanding of HR processes and employment laws.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Familiarity with HR software (HRIS/HR2000) is a plus.
