Responsibilities
- Management & Leadership of Purchasing & Production Planning / Scheduling Group
- Interface between Engineering, Customer Fulfilment, Procurement, and production.
- Drive Demand planning & purchasing - ensure correct demands in MRP-system (rolling Production Program Planning & ramp-up) including internal/external PO-processing.
- Manufacturing Order Management - Support team to optimize manufacturing orders of different models and MOQ to fulfil customer’s delivery expectations.
- Inventory Management: balancing right stock level regarding costs & delivery performance; analyze inventory level, initiate optimization-activities & reporting of results.
- Responsible for Fulfilment of KPI - delivery performance, inventory level, Suppliers Performance。
- Support New Product introduction, Customization Projects and ECN.
- Active collaboration with stakeholders in China and USA.
- Competency planning and development of resources in the Department.
- Lead the team to comply with, GMP standard, ISO quality & environment standard and regulation.
- To prevent, detect, and respond to potential bribery risks.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma / Degree in Administrative/ Business Studies.
- Have minimum 10 years relevant working experience in the related field.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of Inventory Management algorithm.
- Strong drive, negotiation skills, problem solving skills and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and internal team.
