  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Management & Leadership of Purchasing & Production Planning / Scheduling Group
  • Interface between Engineering, Customer Fulfilment, Procurement, and production.
  • Drive Demand planning & purchasing - ensure correct demands in MRP-system (rolling Production Program Planning & ramp-up) including internal/external PO-processing.
  • Manufacturing Order Management - Support team to optimize manufacturing orders of different models and MOQ to fulfil customer’s delivery expectations.
  • Inventory Management: balancing right stock level regarding costs & delivery performance; analyze inventory level, initiate optimization-activities & reporting of results.
  • Responsible for Fulfilment of KPI - delivery performance, inventory level, Suppliers Performance。
  • Support New Product introduction, Customization Projects and ECN.
  • Active collaboration with stakeholders in China and USA.
  • Competency planning and development of resources in the Department.
  • Lead the team to comply with, GMP standard, ISO quality & environment standard and regulation.
  • To prevent, detect, and respond to potential bribery risks.

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma / Degree in Administrative/ Business Studies.
  • Have minimum 10 years relevant working experience in the related field.
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of Inventory Management algorithm.
  • Strong drive, negotiation skills, problem solving skills and positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and internal team.
