Job Description
- Located at Kempas Skudai, Johor state
- Handle Full Set Accounts
- Handle and manage Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables
- Handle and manage monthly payroll processing, worker’s Work Pass applications, income tax filing etc.
- Handle and manage bank reconciliation, cost counting and accounts related data entry.
- Responsible for recording intra-companies transactions
- Report to Managing Director and Factory Manager. Tasked to perform the necessary bank transaction (TR/BA) when required and make timely accounts reporting to M.D.
- Checking for accuracy on all import and export documents and perform the necessary online declaration and payments.
- Handle, apply and renew - SST, HS code and various licenses and permits for imports and exports
- Responsible for handling daily petty cash
- To take on any ad-hoc tasks when assigned
Pre-requisite
- Candidate possess at least a Diploma or Post Graduate Diploma, Finance/ Accounting/ Banking equivalent qualification (LCCI Higher, full/ part time ACCA)
- At least 2 years of experience in this field.
- At least 2 years of experience in product costing.
- Self-motivated, strong analytical, problem-solving skills and good business acumen
- Responsible, good time management and a good sense of urgency in completion on task and produce expected result
- Highly responsible and positive work attitude
- Be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Possess high standard of integrity and ethical practices
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate Mandarin is an added advantage
- Able to commence work immediately
