Job Responsibility

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling and original content for a variety of channels, including blog posts, social media updates, website copy, email newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies that meet business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, execute and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns including both online and offline channels.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement best practices for SEO to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic to our website.
  • Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu etc.)
  • Graphic Design: Use design tools to create visual content, such as infographics, banners, and social media graphics.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on content performance metrics, using data to inform future content strategies and improvements.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is consistent with our brand guidelines, tone, and style.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including marketing, sales, and product to align content efforts with overall marketing initiatives. Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to keep content relevant and engaging.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design or a related field.
  • Min 2 years working experience.
  • Good command of both written and spoken in Mandarin & English.
  • Proven experience in a creative marketing role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns (online and offline).
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
