Job Descriptions

  • Process warranty claims for devices, ensuring compliance with manufacturers / suppliers criteria.
  • Compile and submit related documentation for warranty claims, liaising with manufacturers/suppliers and authorizing all claims.
  • Follow up on claims to ensure the company receives prompt payment or credit notes.
  • Manage pre-authorization applications for contentious cases, working with manufacturers / suppliers to ensure timely completion.
  • Identify and follow up on exceptional cases requiring special agreements with manufacturers / suppliers.
  • Analyze denied claims, re-submit if applicable, or seek approval to cancel the claim from a superior.
  • Collaborate with outlets and operations teams on warranty claim issues.
  • Handle procurement tasks including processing purchase orders, goods receiving and stock transfers.
  • Plan for new purchases, repeat orders and stock replenishment.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably candidate who specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills and language proficiency in English and Bahasa.
  • Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Experience in full set of stock management.
