Responsibilities
• Responsible for brand offline space design and sample production, ensuring the quality and consistency with the beauty brand's visual tone.
• Set up visually inspiring in-store retail displays (Gondola, counter, display rack design etc.) which reflect and uphold brand identity.
• Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy.
• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
• Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays.
• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors on campaign materials and props productions, invoices processing.
• Develop concept and design for marketing campaign, festive events and promotions by designing marketing collaterals.
• Space Creativity: Propose channel space creative ideas based on the brand's tone and grasp the design direction.
• Planogram: Develop Plano design proposals based on the sell-out, communicate and coordinate with the other departments to complete POSM, display design, and construction drawing.
• Sample Production: Implement sample production and final products tracking based on the space design and craftsmanship.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 Years of Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser.
• Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio.
• Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilisation.
• Experience in FMCG industry (Pharma, Beauty Industry) is a plus.
• Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
• Proof of a comprehensive portfolio of relevant visual design work.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
