  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Education Counsellor to join our team, focusing on promoting Malaysian education to prospective students in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will be key in guiding students and parents through exploring study options in Malaysia and providing expert advice on university programs, admissions, and scholarship opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized educational counseling to students interested in studying in Malaysia, ensuring they understand available programs, universities, and entry requirements.
  • Assist students with the application process, including document preparation, admissions timelines, and visa procedures.
  • Promote Malaysian universities and institutions through various platforms, with a focus on building strong relationships with prospects.
  • Stay updated on Malaysian education policies, programs, and scholarship opportunities to provide accurate and current information.
  • Work closely with the marketing and recruitment teams to develop strategies for reaching international students, particularly in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Arabic, providing culturally sensitive guidance to students and their families.
  • Support students with pre-departure arrangements, such as accommodation and travel plans.
  • Attend educational fairs, webinars, and roadshows to represent the company and promote Malaysian education.

    Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Proven experience in educational consulting, particularly in promoting international education.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of the Malaysian education system is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Ready to travel locally and overseas.
