  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in law (essential).
  • Admitted attorney of at least two years standing.
  • Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents.
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
  • Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.
  • Valid license to practice law in the state where the job is located.
  • Member of the state bar in good standing.
  • State registered in-house counsel in good standing.
  • 2-3 years’ experience at a law firm or as an in-house counsel.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Preparing all documents required to file cases, including briefs and other documents
  • Working closely with team members to prepare a comprehensive brief on each case that goes to trial
  • Scheduling and conducting depositions of witnesses and experts
    Researching legal concepts, case law, judicial opinions, statutes and regulations
  • Maintaining accurate case files, notes and reports
  • Writing legal documents such as contracts, lawsuits, deeds, wills and appeals
  • Professional attitude with a strong sense of discretion to keep sensitive information secure and private
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills when working with clients, members of the court and other employees
  • Strong organizational abilities and time management skills to handle many cases at once
  • Workable knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet tools, presentation software and other technologies
  • Knowledge of various legal contracts, documentation, processes and policies
  • Able to handling Subsales cases, or Developer cases
  • Able to converse in English, Mandarin and Malay
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Be able to start work immediately / short notice is an added advantage
  • Office to be relocate at Medini Iskandar, Johor
