PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

Purchasing • Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistical expenses • Assessing vendors and their offerings with in-person visits, interviews and analysis to assess their quality • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests • Negotiating sale agreements and supply contracts in ways that benefit their company • Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services • Authorizing payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous record-keeping Requirements:  At least two (2) years of working experience in a similar position.  Candidate must possess a degree or diploma in relevant field.  Knowledgeable in dealing with customer.  Proficient in English and good interpersonal skills.  Possess both the ability to work independently and problem-solving skills.  Dedicated and committed to meeting the various deadlines set.  Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
