Qualifications: Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and confidently communicate with a live audience. Charismatic Personality: Friendly, engaging, and capable of entertaining diverse audiences. Creativity: Ability to create new and exciting live content that resonates with viewers. Knowledge of TikTok: Familiarity with TikTok’s platform, trends, and best practices for live streaming. Adaptability: Able to think quickly and handle the fast-paced nature of live broadcasts, including managing technical issues or unexpected events. Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable with the technology required for live streaming, such as lighting, sound, and camera setups. Brand Awareness: Understanding of brand voice and the ability to reflect it during live sessions. Flexibility: Willingness to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays, depending on live show schedules.
