In this position, you will be responsible for translating architectural designs into detailed 3D models and visualizations. You will collaborate closely with our design team to create compelling visual representations that effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders. This position requires a blend of architectural expertise, creative flair, and proficiency in 3D rendering software to produce high-quality visuals and animations.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design Interpretation:

Translate architectural plans, sketches, and concepts into accurate 3D models.
Ensure that 3D visualizations align with architectural specifications and design intent.
3D Modeling and Rendering:

Create detailed 3D models of buildings, interiors, and landscapes using industry-standard software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max).
Apply textures, materials, lighting, and realistic rendering techniques to enhance visual quality.
Visualization and Presentation:

Develop high-quality renderings, animations, and virtual tours to showcase architectural designs.
Prepare visual presentations and walkthroughs for client meetings, presentations, and marketing materials.
Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
Incorporate feedback and revisions to refine 3D visualizations and meet client expectations.
Technical Expertise:

Stay updated with advancements in 3D modeling, rendering techniques, and architectural visualization trends.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to 3D software and rendering processes.
Portfolio Development:

Maintain a portfolio of past projects demonstrating expertise in architectural design and 3D visualization.
Showcase versatility in handling various types of architectural projects and design styles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio of architectural design projects.
Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and rendering engines like V-Ray or Lumion.
Excellent artistic and aesthetic sense with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Architecture or specialization in architectural visualization.
Experience in creating animations and motion graphics for architectural presentations.
Familiarity with VR (Virtual Reality) and AR (Augmented Reality) technologies.
