Job Duties & Responsibilities

· Monitor and upkeep of employee personal records to ensure all information are updated and documented accurately.

· Educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all levels and update employee handbook.

· Handle staff disciplinary and grievances issues.

· Understand and adhere to all pertinent labour laws.

· Assist in handling foreign workers affairs such as permit application, monitoring of expiry date coordination of FOMEMA and etc.

. Responsible in recruitment process including Job Advertising, Involve in Screening and Interviewing Candidates.

· Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

· At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Reliable and able to work with minimum supervision.

· Strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.

· Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.

· Strong communication skills in interact effectively within the organization as well as external parties.

· Proficient in both spoken and written English and BM.

· Team player with the ability to organize and plan.
