Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Customer Relations Executive to obtain a list of projects requiring installation.
2. Schedule installation dates with installers and adjust schedules when necessary.
3. Serve as the primary coordinator for resolving any post-installation issues, such as water leakage, high voltage, or other technical concerns.
4. Handle the configuration of inverters for local projects and set up dongle connection for all residential projects to ensure systems are set up correctly.
5. Provide energization support as needed, either remotely via phone or in person, depending on the complexity of the issue.
6. Prepare detailed bill analysis for customers approximately one month after the installation, comparing expected savings against actual performance.
7. Coordinate and manage ongoing O&M services for customers, including performance monitoring, minor repairs, and system checks (excluding cleaning services).

Job Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
2. Possess essential skills including strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Possess proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory, and proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous.
4. Possess ability to provide clear technical guidance and support to customers.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
