  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for Account team.
  • Performing full set of accounts: FA, AP, AR, GL & Manufacturing costing.
  • Accountable for performing monthly closing of accounts and variance analysis.
  • Assist in audit, stock take & fix asset.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary & bankers.
  • Preparation of yearly budget and forecast and perform financial analysis for management review.
  • To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily online payment & daily collection.
  • Balance Sheet reconciliations & outstanding items identified are cleared.
  • To perform day-to-day operational finance & accounting duties.
  • To handle SST submission & related.
  • To perform any other task assigned by superior.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting and with 3 years working experience in similar position.
  • Familiar with MS Excel functions.
  • SAP systems knowledge is an advantage.
  • Good in verbal, written in Bahasa & English, Mandarin speaker is an advantage.
  • Possess strong sense of responsibility, a team player, good interpersonal skills, high level of accuracy in work and time management skills to ensure deadlines are met & willing to learn.
  • Good working attitude & positive working attitude.
  • Mandarin speaker is an advantages.
