Content & Public Relation Executive

· Develop articles and copies that support current marketing campaigns and events.

· Assist in press release for store openings, key campaigns, and promotional activities.

2. Social Media Content:

· Create social postings for:

· Facebook

· LinkedIn

· Instagram

And other social media pages or posts as per request. The postings are relevant to current trends, promotions and campaigns through a curated content calendar.

3. Public Relations Assistance:

· Support the creation of press releases for new product launches, store inaugurations and other company news.

· Coordinate with PR agency.

· Coordinate with request for sponsorship

· Coordination of corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, including Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) initiatives

· Producing PR postings in Facebook and blogs.

4. Branding & Awareness:

· Craft content to showcase company’s USPs through various media formats.

· Providing or generating ideas for content creation. We encourage plenty of creativity and out-of-the-world ideas.

5. Utilise User-Generated Content:

· Utilise User Generated Content to promote customer reviews and testimonials from Senheng and senQ customers.

· Enhance engagement and use user-generated content as a marketing strategy.

6. Surveys for Market Research

· To create survey questions and spearhead quarterly surveys to study market trends and to analyse consumers’ behaviour.

7. Qualifications:

· Proficient in English (top priority) and Chinese writing (2nd priority). Able to write in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus point.

· Able to provide design and video ideas to social platform and designer teams. Able to direct and lead them in your project with your creative direction
