Job Overview We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join our newly launched business, providing consultation for plantar and body posture testing, as well as custom insole services. This role is ideal for someone passionate about health and wellness, with strong customer engagement skills, who can drive business growth through roadshows, exhibitions, and operational management. Key Responsibilities -Customer Engagement: Conduct testimonial testing sessions, guide guests through the process, and respond to inquiries about services. -Training and Development: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for new staff and partners to ensure consistent service delivery. -Market Research: Identify new business opportunities, track market trends, and offer recommendations for growth. -Operational Support: Manage day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth processes and excellent customer experience. -Roadshow & Exhibitions: Organize and execute promotional events, engage potential customers, and gather feedback for improvement. -Reporting: Provide regular reports on business performance, customer feedback, and trends. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sport Science, or related fields. Candidates with a background in health-related disciplines are strongly preferred. -Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. -Ability to work independently and travel for roadshows and events. -Proficient in Microsoft Office
