Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to penetrate and expand our market share in Malaysia.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish relationships with prospective clients, and secure new accounts.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to optimize sales efforts and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse data, and generate reports to assess progress against goals and inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Malaysian market.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in other languages is a plus (Mandarin).
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and account management principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
