Job Summary:
• We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design, organization, and analysis of our data systems. In this role, you will drive the architecture and integration of data platforms to ensure they are efficient, secure, and scalable. As an expert in data management technologies and methodologies, you will guide our team in developing innovative solutions that improve our business operations and enhance data quality at scale.
• You will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our data initiatives, solving complex, mission-critical challenges, and ensuring adherence to security and risk management processes. Your leadership will inspire a team of technologists to embrace cutting-edge technologies and best practices, driving successful outcomes that meet both functional and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Data Management & Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise in data management technologies, including Teradata (TD), Hadoop (HD), Big Data Analytics (BDA), R, and Python.
• Data Modeling: Design and deliver both physical and logical data models, ensuring they meet the business requirements and support seamless data integration.
• Data Quality Enhancements: Implement scalable solutions to enhance data quality, addressing business problems and prioritizing improvements.
• Integration & Collaboration: Build and support the integration of data flows across different products, expanding capabilities and increasing adoption firm-wide.
• Reference Data & Data Lakes: Deliver end-to-end data solutions for use cases aligned with reference data and data lakes.
• Risk Management: Adhere to risk management protocols to mitigate potential risks to the organization and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Data Architect, with a deep understanding of data systems, platforms, and integrations.
• Proven experience with Big Data technologies, ETL processes, and data management in both on-premise and cloud environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, S3, Spark/PySpark, Hadoop, and cloud platforms.
• Data Expertise: Strong background in Big Data, cloud migration, and platform development, with a focus on improving data efficiency and quality.
• Methodologies: Must be experienced with Agile methodologies and practices.

Technical Skills: Expertise in Kubernetes, S3, Hadoop, Spark/PySpark, ETL processes, and Cloud Premise Migration.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and familiarity with enterprise-level data governance practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
