- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure excellent customer service by greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and achieve performance goals.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts, breaks, and vacations to ensure adequate coverage and optimal efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, ensuring proper stock rotation and minimizing waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for staff and guests.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports accurately.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster teamwork.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 48 – 50 per week
