Job Description: 1. To handle invoices, accounting data entry and collections including preparing Bank reconciliation. 2. Maintain the company's files and records, ensuring that all documents and records are properly stored and maintained. 3. To be accountable for daily accounts recording. 4. To handle account payables and account receivables. 5. Assisting with general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments. 6. Liaise and communicate with suppliers, other department to resolve any issue / discrepancies. 7. To assist daily operational duties and perform any others ad-hoc assignment as assigned by superior from time to time. Job Requirements: 1. 5 working days. 2. Fluent in Mandarin Speaking and Writing. 3. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field. 4. At least 1 year of working experience is preferable. 5. Knowledge of SQL Software is added advantage. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Word. 7. Able to work independently with minimum supervision, dedicated and result oriented. 8. Applicant must be willing to work in GeorgeTown area. Employee Compensation and Welfare: 1. Base Salary.
