  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the job Content Writer

As a content writer, you will play a pivotal role in creating user documentation for our software solution.

Your expertise in delivering quality documentation, on how to use new systems, processes or automation is critical to the success of projects.

This role includes but is not limited to the following:

TASKS

  • Developing clear, concise and accurate user facing documents for our software solution
  • Collaborating with engineers, project managers, logistics consultants and other stakeholders to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly documentation.
  • Conducting quality control checks to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of documents.
  • Understand Quality, Safety and Environmental principles and adherence to processes and work instructions standards.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • A commitment to quality outcomes and continuous improvement
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High level of time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of computer competency (MS suite)
  • Proven experience in logistics or intralogistics industry

TRAVEL REQUIRED

  • Limited

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
