JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Sales Development Representative – Account Management Responsibilities: • Be a trusted partner advisor to sells products/services and integrated solutions to new business logos and existing accounts in the assigned geographic territory. • Lead, qualify and convert marketing leads from market penetration • Execute strategy, drive to achieve quota objectives and activity metrics within territory and/or partners, and provide significant input to the execution of partner success • Partner with Sales/Marketing/Channel Team and Partner Team to acquire/develop/retain accounts through business development initiatives • Call/social activities in pursuit of new business or up/cross-selling opportunities • Responsible for pipeline and forecast management in accordance with sales call center business process excellence • Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors' products and pricing and keep up-to-date on knowledge of the company. Skills and Requirements: Minimum 3 years inside sales management experience in technology sector i.e. IT software, preferably in IT Cloud Sales (bracket - 3-5 years inside sales experience) Excellent English and Tagalog Language communication/written skills Minimum academic qualification: Diploma/Degree Results driven, high energy level, willing to learn, well-organized Good understanding on IT Enterprise Product & Services Portfolio (Primary: Cloud), sales & customer buying cycle, and BANT Ability to communicate complex technology and value propositions, have excellent presentation skills Proven record of accomplishment within a tele-sales team in the B2B technical market Must have previously used a CRM Sales module (e.g. SFDC) Passport valid for at least 3 years Willing to relocate in KL, Malaysia
