Quality Assurance Engineers

• Significant experience in QA and software testing, often 5+ years, with a proven track record in both manual and automated testing.
• Strong skills in test automation tools, scripting languages, and performance testing tools.
• Design comprehensive test strategies and plans that align with project requirements and goals.
• Create detailed test plans, including scope, objectives, resources, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Develop and review test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for functional, non-functional, and regression testing.
• Execute manual and automated tests, including unit tests, integration tests, system tests, and user acceptance tests.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills in programming, scripting, and using various testing tools.
• Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in software testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects, issues, and inconsistencies in the software.
• Provide regular test reports, including test progress, defect status, and quality metrics.
• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.
• Evaluate and recommend tools for test automation, performance testing, and defect tracking.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure ongoing quality assurance.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment on quality goals.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on best practices and testing techniques.
• Provide feedback to development teams on product quality and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of QA practices.
• Establish and enforce QA best practices, standards, and methodologies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
• Ensure testing processes and deliverables comply with regulatory and industry standards, as applicable.
