  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description 1. Solicits new product prospects through Project Information, existing customer’s recommendation and other sources which provide regular updates on construction projects. 2. Evaluates customer’s behavior and buying patterns to appropriately draft quotation to maximize the possibility of securing the deal. 3. Collects and collates background and ongoing project information of new customers to better facilitate credit approval. 4. Administers proper planning of visiting schedules in advance to achieve maximum customer visits per week. 5. Builds rapport with existing customers to achieve continuous support by constantly monitoring their progress and attending to their needs. 6. Handles incoming phone calls and provides accurate information to the callers. 7. Monitor the client’s sales order and buying pattern and follow up through site. 8. Provide accurate quotations to clients. 9. Analyse and expand product range within current client. 10. Updates project information and generates latest update onto the main board. 11. Generates reports as requested by SM. 12. Filing of all relevant documents. 13. Assist in following-up overdue payments. 14. Assist in Collection of payment in cases when Accounting Department cannot accommodate all scheduled collection for the day. 15. Assist in Document Countering in cases when Accounting Department cannot accommodate all scheduled Countering for the day. Job Requirements 1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Construction field or any related field. 2. At least 2 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 3. Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). 5. High level of integrity and meticulousness. 6. Able to work without supervision, equipped with strong customer service mind set. 7. Possess good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels internally or externally in a professional and responsive manner 8. Required language(s): English 9. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided. 10. Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
