Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure all safety precautions are followed and Client Project Safety Plan is adhered to by the Contractors.
Ensure the project meets all project quality standards and deadlines.
Develop and adhere to the Project budget, timelines, and other KPIs
Collaborate with stakeholders and Client operations team to finalize the design and manage design changes.
Oversee procurement and tender processes from RFP to award.
Oversee projects from concept design to final closeout handover / acceptance.
Lead and manage a mid sized project team, manage Client’s contractors and oversee their work at all times
Communicate with clients and deliver project progress reports on a weekly / monthly basis
Use scheduling software to update schedules and track progress.
Prepare and manage all management and stakeholder reports.
Monitor financial performance and ensure the project stays within budget (owns project’s P&L)
Make independent decisions to keep the project on track.
Address any delays, emergencies, and problems that arise in a prompt manner

Requirements:
Degree holder in Project/Construction Management and/or Engineering from a reputable University
Excellent English and communications skills is a must
Have more then 5-7 years experience managing mid-large size construction projects as an independent Project Manager
Knows how to use construction project management software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, etc)
Builds strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project team.
Excels at organization, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting.
Certification on Safety & Health and/or Quality is a bonus.
