QC Assistant Manager (Furniture)

Position: QC Senior Exec / Assistant Manager Industry: Manufacturing (Furniture) Location: Port Klang, Selangor Salary: RM4000 above About the Job The role focuses on developing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with standards, and minimizing inspection time and costs. Key tasks include analyzing reports, handling quality complaints, overseeing corrective actions, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with audits. It also involves monitoring quality trends, managing product development, and maintaining the quality management system, including ISO and client audits. Job Responsibilities - To develop effective quality control processes, quality control plans for production flow. - Ensure that incoming components and raw materials will comply with quality standards, minimize the time and cost of inspections, and contribute to the quality of the finished products. - Review and analyze quality reports and all technical results of raw materials and finished products. - Responsible for clarification and complaints pertaining to the quality of our products surfaced. - Raise internal corrective action requests for process and product non-conformity and verify the corrective action taken. - Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback. - Ensure that the company passes any relevant third-party inspections. - Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards - Monitor quality trend chart and monthly report to management - Conduct internal and external audit as well as management review with all department - Ensure that processes needed for quality management system are established, implement and maintained such as ISO documentation control, internal audit and external audit - Ensure that the company passes all audits requested by our clients. Qualifications & Requirements - Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field. - Relevant work experience in the Furniture Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage. - Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin - At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
