Responsibility- Able to handle full set of accounts.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit, and loss statement, and other reports.
- Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and government agencies etc.
- To handle day to day administrative and operational activities and any ad-hoc duties as and when needed.
- Prepare bank reconciliation as well for other reconciliation.
- Prepare journal entries.
- Complete general ledger operations.
- Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
- Assist with year-end closings.
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
- To handle asset accounts.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
- Assist in preparing ad-hoc reports as and when required.
Requirements- Preferable female candidate.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/ Accountancy, or equivalent.
- Ensure timely submission of full set of accounts and monthly financial reports.
- Experience in handling SQL Account System is an added advantage.
- Candidate with audit background will be an added advantage.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills (responsible, meticulous, good working attitude).
- Able to work under pressure, closing out cases on deadline through strong personal stress management.
- Reliable, dependable, and independent.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire for personal growth and career accomplishment
- Preferable 3 - 5 years of working experience in similar position.
- Prefer candidate that can start work immediately.
- Must willing to work in Taman Sungai Besi, KL.
