Respond to client emails, social media messages, e-commerce platform inquiries, and phone calls promptly.
Respond to customer comments on different social media platforms
Identify and reach out to potential new clients through various channels.
Handle new prospect inquiries and nurture relationships for business growth
Conduct outbound calls to engage and qualify new prospects.
Actively create and manage email marketing campaigns.
Implementing marketing strategies (including email marketing and SEO)
Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
General reports, as and when required
Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients
Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
