Roles & Responsibilities
• Analyze market information in region to develop sales strategies
• Collaborate with principals on business development for range of products
• Identify potential customer / project opportunities in region
• Conduct routine prospecting/introductory calls to develop strong pipleine
• Create efforts to establish full calendar of in-person meetings
• Conduct customer opportunity analysis, understand legacy systems
• Identify and posiiton right product to meet customer requirements
• Orchestrate demos and POC with pre-sales team for customer & users.
• Expedite feedback and seek approvals / consensus for psotioned services
• Expedite and avaluate Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and other customer needs
• Build client relationship with C-level buyers CTO, CIO and decsison-makers
• Build strong relationship with key influencers and stakeholders for approvals
• Conduct high level negotiations with across the sales cycle to achieve desired results
• Develop and manage effective key account plans to ensure revenue target delivery
• Increase market footprint (new accounts) by creating new opportunities for business growth
• Focus on account growth through up-sell / cross-sell of our services
• Develop and manage relationships with our key associates and customers
• Present weekly, monthly, and annual sales achievments, against set targets
• Create consistent and business forecasts for business, achieve desired results

Required Skills
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Software sales experience in CRM, ERP etc
• Awareness of Cloud and SaaS services
• Good knowledge of KL city & Malay region
• Sales accountability & target driven experience
