Working Requirement

  • Preparing Invoice / DO / Report
  • Provide services support & documentation support to customer
  • Handling administrative support such as data entry, assist sales-person to track order.
  • Daily operation Invoice & DO, delivery arrangement, support customer urgent delivery
  • Resolve the customer service issue.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Candidate will act as a Customer Service - General for this job position.
  • Salary Range from RM 2000 ~ RM 4000, depends on the qualification and experience.

  • Requireds skills : Microsoft Office
  • Required languages : English & Mandarin (Mandarin are compulsory to serve mandarin speaking customer)
