QA Executive

Responsibilities :

• Assist in overseeing the implementation and maintenance of ISO/IEC 17025 within the laboratory.
• Manage documentation related to quality management, including quality manual, SOPs, calibration methods and work instruction.
• Assist in correspondence with Standards Malaysia for any accreditation related issue.
• Monitoring of laboratory practices to verify continuing conformity with and effectiveness of policies and procedures.
• Assist in planning and organizing internal audits according to predetermined schedule or requested by laboratory management.
• Assist in the training and development of laboratory personnel on ISO procedures and quality assurance practices.
• Monitor and maintain the inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed.
• Ensure safe laboratory practices as well as good housekeeping activities.

Requirements :

• Possess at least Bachelor Degree of Science/Engineering or related field.
• Having a good knowledge and experience on ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory accreditation and SAMM requirements is an added advantage.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using computer software for data analysis and documentation ( MS Office etc. ).
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
