QA Executive

1.Work directly with the QA Manager to assure the product manufactured at the plant is processed, stored and shipped under current company quality standards, customer's requirement and in compliance with GMP standards. 2.To monitor daily quality efforts and the overall effectiveness of processes throughout the plant. 3.To follow up on corrective action implementation via process and product audits. 4.To keep the QA Manager informed of problems and opportunities for improvements. 5.Responsible for overall document control system. 6.Carry out new material testing, evaluation and qualification produce report. 7.Developing and implementing standards for inspection. 8.Provide report, data & follow up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found. 9.Validates on a daily basis, adherence to Manufacturing Quality System. 10.Manage supplier quality performance for both direct and indirect products associated with customer requirements and delivery. 11.Assures product and process audits are conducted per schedule to validate compliance with internal and external requirements. 12.Carry out statistical sampling processes. 13.Maintain quality related tests and measurement devices – administer, execute and conduct device calibration activities. 14.Coordinates the disposition of materials held for rework and related reporting tasks. 15.Develops and implements effective containment and prevention activities with the plant. 16.Authors and train employees in QA SOP’s and defect recognition.
