Vietnamese Support Customer Service (Background check verification)

“Verifying educational, employment, credit and criminal background of candidates in a dedicated
countries for our clients.”

We need your help to:
- Making telephone calls, writing emails, using systems to conduct database checks in order to verify
details and prepare reports.
- Handling all inbound/outbound calls/email/live chat pertaining to background verification general
inquiries.
- To exceed client’s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Confidentiality Standards
- Ability to adhere to processes, procedures and guidelines during the execution of tasks and assignments

Your superpower will be:
- To possess at least a Degree level qualification (for EP application)
- Required language(s): English + Vietnamese
- 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! – Full Training Provided
- Good command of computer skills / Microsoft Office
- Good typing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
