Job Description:
- Manage local warehousing activities.
- Stock count and auditing daily stock take and prepare stock reports.
- Coordinating driver pick up and shipment tracking.
- Daily updates on shipment status to Sales team.
- Delivery coordination for sales orders from Sales team.
- Sourcing and production of all point-of-sale materials as instructed.
- Execution of marketing related events / activities as assigned.
- Work closely with sales team to ensure delivery arrangements are in order.
- Track and report all office related expenses.
- Prepare documentation and inventory for audits.
- Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
- Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location.
- Move inventory and materials across facilities.
- Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles.
- Other ad hoc as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Positive and can-do attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
