Job Description:

  • Manage local warehousing activities.
  • Stock count and auditing daily stock take and prepare stock reports.
  • Coordinating driver pick up and shipment tracking.
  • Daily updates on shipment status to Sales team.
  • Delivery coordination for sales orders from Sales team.
  • Sourcing and production of all point-of-sale materials as instructed.
  • Execution of marketing related events / activities as assigned.
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure delivery arrangements are in order.
  • Track and report all office related expenses.
  • Prepare documentation and inventory for audits.
  • Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
  • Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location.
  • Move inventory and materials across facilities.
  • Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles.
  • Other ad hoc as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Positive and can-do attitude.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
