Responsibilities: -
- Provide administrative support to the sales & marketing team.
- Issue Sales Invoices & Goods Returned Note.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth flow of daily operations.
- Prepare weekly & monthly report as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with customers/distributors to ensure good follow up and coordination.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements: -
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or above.
- Required language(s) in writing and speaking: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate.
- Familiar with MS Office, eg. MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point.
- Able to work with others as a team and possess good personalities.
- Possess own transport.
