  • Degree in Marketing or Business Studies
  • 3-5 years’ experience in property sales and marketing
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Experienced with proven achievement in real estate sales and marketing and knowledgeable in real estate investment, pleasant personality, innovative and able to effectively motivate and drive sales team and agents to achieve Company’s sales target
  • Job Description:

  • Oversee Company’s Sales Department, sales galleries, sales staff and appointed sales agents.
  • Propose, develop and implement training activities for in-house sales staff and agents that teach sales staff and sales agents how to get customers, negotiate real estate deals, acquire financing, and properly fill out sale paperwork.
  • Keep sales staff and sales agents motivated to close sales. Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals for sales staff and agents to work towards and track these goals by meeting with agents on a regular basis.
  • Project expected sales volume and sales turnover for Company’s products.
  • Properly and consistently monitor, control, conduct postmortem to improve Company’s sales targets and future sales.
  • Stay current on the local property market conditions, trends and offers from competitors. Analyze market trends and recommend relevant sales strategies. Conduct market research and stay up-to- date with new housing regulations and legislations that may affect sales and sales team performance.
  • Implement appropriate sales strategies and plans for the Company’s products to ensure the Company’s targets are achieved within their desired timelines and deliverables;
  • Analyze sales trends/results and set sales KPIs, quotas and programs for sales team by developing field sales action plans
  • Conduct team meetings and offer advice and propose incentives for sales staff and agents to achieve goals;
  • Where required liaise with vendors and service providers to jointly plan sales events or open houses with marketing department to develop sales leads for Company’s project(s);
  • Work with marketing department by providing feedback/suggestions on the creation of press releases, advertisements, brochures and other marketing materials, including print ads and publications.
  • Manage and maintain Company’s branding in accordance to the set branding guidelines that has been set by marketing.
  • Maintain customer relationship to keep customers satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals;
  • Meet with customers who need specialized attention or who are experiencing a difficult situation. Provide assistance to sales agents who need guidance with customer meetings and communication;
  • Report to the Head of Sales & Marketing, the Director of Sales & Marketing on a periodical basis (daily, weekly, quarterly and annually), and to Top Management, as and when required on all sales and marketing activities, achievement and incidents;
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Head of Sales & Marketing, CEO or the Company.
