Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 4-6 years of relevant working experiences in client or account management
  • Motivated self starter, able to utilize analysis skills to drive insights into measurable actions and strategy for savvy approach
  • Strong track record in people skills, rapport and relationship engagement, both internally and externally to enable team success
  • Able to work in dynamic environment with bold decision making to drive successful problem solving
  • Passionate gamers with experience in popular titles like PUBG, Mobile Legends, Ragnarok, Genshin Impact, and similar games are highly welcome and is a strong advantage

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Lead and develop client accounts including relationship management, key personnel engagement, opportunity prioritization and account strategy
  • Drive win-win business opportunities, with sensitive customer health management to grow partner loyalty, result driven engagement and sustainable revenue funnel
  • Responsible for pricing plan negotiations and campaign push, be sensitive and adaptive to market competition dynamics
  • Smart analysis on client business health and pain points, advocate for customer business growth and be savvy for new business ideas opportunities
  • Provide on time reporting, analysis and review as required
